Welcome to Psychiatric NP Healthcare of Central NY.  We are an independently owned and operated “Nurse Practitioner” Medication Management specialty office for Psychiatric Disorders, Medical Marijuana for Chronic Pain and Suboxone for Opiod Addiction Treatment (without withdrawal symptoms).

NP Stevens, graduated (MSN) as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) from Syracuse University and as a (Post-MSN) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.  He has been a practicing NP since 2003 and has been prescribing psychiatric medications first as an Adult NP in the Primary Care field (State of NY: Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (Dual Diagnosed patients with Psych and Addictions) and NYS Department of Corrections)).  Subsequently he went on to specialize in the psychiatric field as a Psychiatric NP (PMHNP).

The advantage to the patients of PSYYCHIATRIC NP HEALTHCARE of CNY is that they are viewed holistically from the perspective of primary care and psychiatric care.  However, the real value to the patients of PSYYCHIATRIC NP HEALTHCARE of CNY is the blending of primary and psychiatric medication knowledge for the best health outcomes for patients who are treated with Psych Meds, Medical Marijuana Meds and Suboxone Meds.
